Alirio (Rio) Zavarce is a Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE #28672) specialized in Routing and Switching. He also holds a Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP), and Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) certification.
For over 27 years, Rio has performed roles in pre-sales consulting and post-sales engineering. More recently, since 2010, Rio has been an implementation Consulting Engineer for Aspire Technology Partners, a prestigious Cisco Gold Partner headquartered in New Jersey, USA. He currently designs and implements redundant route-switch networks with Cisco Catalyst and Nexus switches, ASR and ISR routers, ASA firewalls, etc.
Rio also holds an Associate’s Degree in Electronics (Caracas, Venezuela), a second Associate’s Degree in Network Management (New Jersey, USA), and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Marketing (New Jersey, USA).
